Peace and Pardon From the Bible

I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. —Luke 5:32

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. —Acts 4:12

Sirs, what must I do to be saved? . . . Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. —Acts 16:30, 31

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. —Romans 10:13

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. —Romans 10:9

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out. —Acts 3:19

Are you ready to confess that you are a sinner, to repent and turn from your sinful ways, to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, to accept His forgiveness for all your sins, and to surrender your life to His control? If you are, tell Jesus. He is waiting to pardon you and give you His peace. Thank God for His Word. Read it to learn more of Him and His will for your life. Obey His commands. Then you may claim His promises. Speak to Him often in prayer and trust Him to lead you.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. —1 John 1:9

If we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. —1 John 1:7

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. —John 1:12

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. —Romans 5:1

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. —Romans 8:1

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. —Ephesians 2:8-10
